TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bookings will be accompanied by a contract of engagement. Only upon the signed return of that contract will the booking date be confirmed.
Cancellation policy -
If the clients cancel within 3 days of the training date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If the client cancels on the day of the training, the full fee of the course will be charged.
If Emberiza need to cancel training within 3 days of the training date, we will offer an alternative date for you at 50% of the original agreed fee.
Invoicing terms will be 7 days from date of invoice which will be issued upon completion of the course.
Certificates will be issued by email to a designated person by email within 24 hours of the invoice payment.
All delegates are expected to arrive for training on time. The trainer reserves the right to turn away any delegates arriving more than 10 minutes late.
Delegates for training which includes practical elements will be asked to declare they are physically fit to complete the training.
All delegates should advise of any requirements for reasonable adjustments to be considered (for example, assistance with reading or writing)
Any disputes or complaints should be raised in writing or by email with the Managing Director, Mr Keith Bunting at keithbunting2023@outlook.com
